Well I am onto my new healthier lifestyle. I lost a lot of weight just over 2 years ago, hit my plateau, gave up and gained back every pound I had lost plus about 20 more lbs. not good. So I have started back to the healthier lifestyle. Tuesday, I walked 2.3 miles and yesterday I walked 2.8. I didn't get my morning walk in today because I'm still in some pain from my arm surgery. I would just go to the gym and do zumba but my surgeon says "NO! Absolutely not until 2 months from now" He doesn't even want me to drive, but being a single mom, I do not have a choice in that matter. So he told me if I only drive to and from town, or the school and I reach over with my left hand to pull down the gear shift (thank heaven it's an automatic) then I have the ok. I can't do heavy cooking (which could be a good thing), I have to pretty much baby it for the next 2 months.
